Service Description

There is no relief for challenging times compared to the relief the heart can get from bleeding words. Conscious and intuitive journaling has carried me through the most difficult of times—and when combined with meditation this practice can clear the mind. Many of us are tired, angry, sad, and many other emotions we can't even put names to because our worlds feel much too jumbled and our minds much too overstreched. Join CLEARING THE NOISE, a four week virtual mindful journaling course on Thursday evenings from 5-6:15pm PT. The course begins Thursday July 21st. By journaling, and sharing space together we can clear our minds, hold space for one another in a nourishing way, and ready ourselves for the next act. The emotional mind is connected to the physical body. Both must be treated with love and attention so we may feel our strongest.
